Member Booking Rules
- The courts can be booked 7 days in advance from 7 am. In other words, when booking to play 7 days in advance the new booking sheets only become available from 7 am -- all other playing times within 7 days can be booked 24/7.
- Members should select their playing partners / opponents' names to show on the booking sheets.
- Squash: Maximum 1 peak-time booking per member per day (including other bookings where selected as playing partner/opponent).
- Tennis: Maximum 2 advance 30-minute peak-time tennis bookings (including bookings where selected as playing partner/opponent) per member per day.
- Padel
- The default booking fees are £32 per hour peak or £21 per hour off-peak. These booking fees include 3 guest fees @ £4 each peak or £3 each off-peak, and the charge on your booking system account will be reduced accordingly for each member selected as playing partner/opponent. In other words, if you're playing 3 other members, you will be charged £20 per hour peak or £12 per hour off-peak. If you're playing guests, then do NOT select playing partners/opponents.
- Junior membership category doesn''t allow booking padel courts.
- "Side-by-side" court bookings not allowed.
- Off-Peak members are only allowed to use the courts at off-peak times.
- Peak-times:
- Monday - Friday from 5 pm onwards
- Weekends from opening until 2 pm (off-peak from 2.30 pm)
- all other times are off-peak.
- Check-In/No-Show Policy
- If you booked the court, you must check-in to confirm court usage within 1 hour prior to the reserved start time (or within 1 hour after playing).
- Any selected playing partner/opponent may also check-in to confirm court usage on behalf of the member who booked the court.
- You can check-in on the "kiosk" touch screen system by the courts with your system PIN. If you do not know your PIN, login to the booking system website and click the link to "Change Passord or PIN".
- You can also check-in using your mobile/smart phones when within 50 metres of the club entrance, as follows.
- Log-in to this website using any smartphone browser (Chrome, Safari).
- Tap the "GPS Check-In" button.
- If prompted, "allow access" to your device location.
- If you booked the court and do not check-in, the system will automatically charge "no-show" penalties to your booking system account, £5 for squash bookings or £2.50 per 30-minute tennis bookings.
- Cancellations & Refunds
- When unable to use a reserved court, you should cancel as soon as possible so that the court may be used by other members.
- There is no late-cancellation charge if you cancel more than 24 hours prior to start time (and Guest Fees are also automatically refunded).
- If you cancel within 24 hours prior, the system will automatically applies late-cancellation is charges to your booking system account, £3 for a 45-minute squash booking or £1 per 30-minute tennis booking, however, these late-cancellation charges are automatically removed (refunded) if the same court and start time is rebooked.
- In case of bad weather:
- Tennis bookings should be cancelled
- Contact Us for a refund if late-cancellation charges have been applied
- The system will generate a no-show if the court remains booked.
- Guest Fees
- Tennis or Squash
- If you're playing tennis or squash with a Guest (non-member), then you must select the appropriate Guest Fee as your playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets. If none are selected, this system automatically assumes you've played a Guest and applies non-refundable adult Guest Fee charges to your booking system account.
- £7.50 Squash Guest 18+ years
- £2 Squash Guest under 18 years
- £3.75 Tennis Guest 18+ years per 30 minutes
- £1 Tennis Guest u18 per 30 minutes
- If you're playing tennis or squash with a Guest (non-member), then you must select the appropriate Guest Fee as your playing partner/opponent to show on the booking sheets. If none are selected, this system automatically assumes you've played a Guest and applies non-refundable adult Guest Fee charges to your booking system account.
- Padel Guest Fees
- Padel guest fees are included by default but removed as playing partners/opponents are selected -- see pricing above.
- If you're playing guests, then do NOT select playing partners/opponents.
- The system will automatically charge the guest fee shown to your booking system account (see Member Accounts below).
- You do not need to have sufficient system credit in order to select a guest fee, however, you will need to top-up your account in order to continue booking courts (see below)
- If you're no longer playing a Guest, you can change your playing partner/opponent to a member, and the Guest Fee will be removed.
- This can be done when you book the court or any time before playing.
- Member Accounts
- If your member account is outstanding with guest fees, late-cancellation or no-show charges, you must top-up your booking system account in order to have a least zero balance in order to continue booking courts.
- You can purchase credit (£3 minimum) with any credit/debit card when logged in.
- Your transaction will be processed by Stripe, and your booking system account will be credited immediately.
Visitors / Non-Member Booking Rules / Pay & Play
- Visitors (non-members) are welcome to book courts 1 day in advance.
- Only squash courts 3-6 and tennis courts 3-6 are available for Pay & Play bookings
